The Scioto County Clerk of Courts Title Division offers a wide variety of services including motor vehicle titles, duplicate titles, watercraft titles, mobile home transfers. Title transactions can be processed in any Ohio County Clerk of Courts Title Division office. A PHOTO ID, DRIVER’S LICENSE, OR A BMV ACCEPTED IDENTIFICATION OF ALL OWNERS ARE REQUIRED FOR TITLE TRANSACTIONS.
